This picture was taken on Sunday, June 8th when there was a "Sun Dog" around the sun. They say it looks like a "halo" around the sun and Ashley was determined to get a picture of it. Wow! What a shot!
Ashley noticed the beautiful view of Mt. Hood coming home from the store and asked if I would take her home to grab the camera so she could get a shot or two. Here is one of her shots.
Ashley is starting to really look for good shots...it's fun to see her taking an interest in photography.

Nice! I LOVE the colors in the Mt. Hood shot and you did a good job by putting the horizon line on the bottom third, rather than the middle. that makes it visually interesting.
