Justin got the chance to go to his first college football game with Jake. The Huskies against the USC Trojans. The Huskies lost 27-24, but that was closer than was expected. Justin's comment was "It was so loud mom!"
The guys had a great time driving up together. Beautiful view! Driving home at 9:30 pm was rough - especially since Justin fell asleep within the first 1/2 hour of the trip. It was a great trip they will both remember!

Looking good Justin - I like the Stanbeck jersey. What did you think about the night game? Did you stay awake going home? When I was in college I saw the Husky's play Arizona in a Saturday night game. My buddy and I were pretty tired on the way home. We both drank a 2-liter of Mountain Dew while driving but it didn't work. We eventually pulled over and slept in the car so I didn't drive of the road. We drove into Spokane the next morning in time for church. We were a little smelly and tired during the service; and I was wearing wool army pants. Oh well.
